EMPOWER YOUR RECOVERY 1-(614) 530-5150
When you call Empower Treatment, our Intake Specialist (our team member that will help you get started with us) will work with you to understand your needs. Your voice will be heard and we will make sure that your information is kept private. After your phone call, they will email you a packet of documents and they will help you complete it.
Next, our team will schedule you within 24 hours for a diagnostic assessment (a set of questions to help our staff understand your needs and what treatment will work best for you). After the assessment, we work directly with you to make your own personal treatment plan based on your recovery goals.
Once you're enrolled with Empower Treatment, our team will be eager to support you.
Our qualified case managers are on your side and are there to make sure you have what you need to be successful in recovery. They will work with you to get health insurance, housing, internet, a job, as well as dealing with any legal issues.
Our substance use disorder counselors will quickly provide both individualized and group counseling. They will listen to you to understand your needs and goals and work on a plan with you to help you become the best version of yourself.
Our peer support specialists are members of our team who work with you by helping you connect to other people in treatment and by spending time with you doing the things that you enjoy. They also will work with you to work on mindfulness practice (mindfulness means learning how to live in the present moment).
Our clinical team will offer you access to effective medicine-assisted treatment like Buprenorphine (Suboxone) and Naltrexone (Vivitrol), and other harm reduction resources. Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is regarded as the gold standard of care for individuals with opioid use disorder. Less than 50% of substance use disorder facilities around the country offer the approved medications. Empower Treatment respects the right of every client to make their own personal healthcare decisions with the help of our team.
We have a community pharmacist on our team! Our pharmacist will help you manage all of your medications, they will look for any negative effects of the medications, and they will also support you in your overall health and well-being,
Our clinical nurse will offer important tests for your health and will teach you about being healthy while in recovery. For example, they will give lessons on quitting smoking, eating healthy, how to sleep better, and more.
Empower Treatment’s Client Rights Officer (CRO) is on your team to make sure you are treated the way you want to be treated. If you ever have an issue with our staff or your treatment, the CRO will be there to hear you and help you with the situation.
